DISCOVERY CALL

We’ll schedule a call to identify your exact needs and pain points and determine the right hire for you. We’ll send you an agreement to sign and then schedule your onboarding call.

CRAFT YOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’ll do a deep dive into the role to discuss values and team culture and identify your dream hire. We’ll craft a custom job application to attract top talent that aligns with your values and mission, then post the job.

APPLICANT SCREENING & INTERVIEWS

I’ll screen and interview candidates, finding the top candidates from our pool of applicants. You and I will conduct the final rounds of interviews before you make the final hiring decision. I will provide my support and guidance along the way.

JOB OFFER & SUPPORT

When you make your final hiring decision, we’ll create and send the approved custom offer letter to the selected candidate. You’ll get 30 days of Voxer support for any onboarding questions you may have.
