I build your plan in Trello: your top 3 goals, 12-month roadmap and 90-day priorities, plus a quick check on your team’s roles. Then I show you how to use it.

START STRONG WITH SUPPORT

For 7 days after we finish, you can message me on Voxer. Bring questions, test decisions, and make sure the plan feels doable.

I help mission-driven leaders turn chaos and overwhelm into one clear plan, so their team knows what matters and the business keeps moving.

I’ve spent 15+ years in operations and project management, working with nonprofits, travel, real estate, and consulting teams. I’m also a Certified Director of Operations through The Ops Authority.

I’m a problem solver at heart. When I see a leader stuck, my first instinct is to find the best way forward.

I’ve seen what happens when that changes. I led 12 months of operations work with one nonprofit, starting with mapping out their priorities. Together, we raised over $1M and had the most successful fall campaign in their 12-year history.

You can pay in full ($1,500) or in two payments of $750. The first is due when you sign up, and the second is due before I deliver your finished map.

About 1 hour for the pre-work, plus either two 90-minute sessions or one 4-hour VIP day. I build the plan in Trello for you, so there’s no homework after our sessions.

No. Mapping is just you and me, so you can think out loud and make the big calls. Then I’ll show you how to share the plan with your team so everyone knows what matters now.

That’s the most common worry, and it’s a fair one. Your 90-day priorities are small and focused on purpose, so they’re doable. You’ll also have 7 days of Voxer support to get started. If you want ongoing help, you can add 3 or 6 months of support after mapping.

Two sessions give you time to think between them. The VIP day gets it done in one focused block. Both cover the same work and give you the same plan. Pick what fits your schedule and how you like to work.

It’s a relaxed 25-minute chat. You tell me where your business is and what feels stuck. I’ll tell you honestly whether mapping is a good fit. No pressure and no hard sell.
